We have deposited the key for the flat in the corresponding key safe. You can collect the key for self-check-in on the right at the entrance to the house.

We will send you the individual code before arrival via WhatsApp (if we have your mobile phone number). Alternatively, we can send you the information by email or via the Holidu chat system.

Enter the code and then turn the knob. After removing the key, close the safe again.

You can use the key to open both the front door (if locked) and the flat door. Lift the key to the reader. When it lights up green, you have 5 seconds to turn the reader (several times if necessary) to open the door.

The name of the flat is noted on the key safe.
